Group Classes:
Classes are hosted on Zoom.
You will receive a detailed enrolment form after you register where you can supply more information about your pregnancy.
Your enrolment includes the signature Rainbow Relaxation track, Birth Affirmations track, Parent's Spiral Workbook and a copy of HypnoBirthing 4th Edition by Marie Mongan. The materials will be shipped after your registration is received!
Refresher Classes:
This is a 2.5 hour session for parents who have already taken the 5 Week HypnoBirthing Series in a previous pregnancy.
The class will be customized to your needs and at a time of your choosing!
